Terms of Sale:
The listed equipment is available on consignment from the current owner. ATS Communications acts as a conduit find buyers for sellers. While we faithfully convey the information supplied to us, ATS Communications makes no warranty and accepts no liability as to the true condition of the gear.
However, to facilitate the security of both parties, ATS Communications will broker the transaction by holding payment in escrow and arrange shipping. Unless otherwise specified, the Buyer will pay shipping costs in addition to purchase price. Before a seller ships an item, the buyer must present funds or provide credit card information to ATS Communications. Funds will be held, or the credit card will be authorized for the agreed amount, until the buyer receives the item and agrees that it is indeed what was represented. If the buyer decides not to accept the item, their funds (less a service fee of 10% or $50.00 - whichever is less) will be returned when the seller receives the item back. As an incentive to the seller to accurately represent their listing, return shipping will be paid for by the seller.
These terms may be amended at any time.
